Are they comfortable?

They only needed minimal break-in time..

How do they perform over time?

They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. No glitter has fallen off, and the leather hasn’t stretched. Since the aesthetic is distressed, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.

How are they vs. other brands?

They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose are just on another level. They include a built-in arch bump that adds just over an inch — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is custom-feeling. And the sparkle on mine? Stunning.

Would you buy again?

Absolutely! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They cost a lot, so getting them discounted is worth it. They’re worth the investment, especially if you find a style that suits you. I went bold with sparkle, but a minimalist version would also be smart.

They felt good almost immediately. I wear no-show socks with them, especially since they help with airflow. High-end Italian leather construction, so it’s much more easy than breaking in synthetic materials. Bonus, they’re already distressed so your feet just get comfortable fast.

How do they perform over time?

Since they come pre-distressed, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. The laces are intact, and the leather hasn’t stretched.
